antennae

The sound comes from all speakers for the telephone. When it rings it crackles the pass door speaker horribly. I actually replaced the center console and didn't see any antennaes there. To get the phone to pair, I literally had to pull down the back seat and point it at the drivers rear trunk where I believe the BT unit resides. I've never used another phone so I can't comment on other phones. I can say that it doesn't load the phone book and only does calls. I've also heard of an updated mic anyone have PN? I've also heard of people replacing the location of the mic with the sunroof switch to get it closer to the driver?
