2005 X5 Bluetooth Sounds Bad
For lack of a better description, the phone audio is ALL midrange without any high end. It sounds "honky" making the phone unintelligible. The radio, CD, and aux input (iPhone) all sound great. Is this characteristic of the Bluetooth module, or is there something wrong with my system?

Maybe it's your phone. I have to same year and mine sounds great with my present phone.

2005 X5 Bluetooth Sounds Bad
Last year I purchased a 2005 X5 4.4i with nav and DSP. The bluetooth works great EXCEPT that the sound quality in the car is very poor.Blue tooth device and can you describe the sequence in the menu for the on board computer.
