RAZR v3c + Multiple #s = (?)

I've successfully paired my Verizon Wireless RAZR v3c with my X5, but I'm having a problem with contacts that have multiple phone numbers stored. Instead of getting the correct type indicators listed (e.g., W for Work, H for Home, etc.), all my entries end with (?)

Actually, I think this is the case for ALL contacts not just the ones with multiple numbers.

Is this a settings issue on my phone? Has anyone else experienced this?
