TV Menu Option Gone
Hi
My X5 is a 2005 with 16:9 monitor Nav/TV etc.
My problem is that one day, the TV option in the Menu just disappeared. It was working fine then …..Gone.
I have pulled out the Video module and re-seated the Blue and White connectors, but this has made no difference. GPS and Computer still display as normal but no TV
At around the same time that this problem cropped up, the Monitor also started to give a Flick about every minute as if restarting. Will go blank then restore within a second.
I have put up with this for about 2 years but now I want to get it fixed. Does anybody have any ideas what can have gone wrong and how to verify?
Are there any coding options that could have become scrambled and need re-setting?
I was under the impression that the system would identify the module without coding.
Any ideas anyone?
