Monitors in comforts seat headrests?

Anyone put monitors in the headrests of the comfort seats? The OEM BMW stuff isn't for the comfort seats, what's the deal w/the comfort seats that prevents or complicates the install?

There appears to be 2 options. The first is Audiovox and the second is Invision Industries. I have looked extensively! There was a mis-communication when I bought my X5 and the dealer though it would work and then after I bought the X5, found out it would not work. I had the Vizualogic set-up in my previous Grand Cherokee, unfortunalty Visualogic does not make it for the comfort seats. It has to do with the fact the headrests are power and have thicker, wider spaced posts. Another member, BreytonX5, is having the Audiovox installed. I am waiting to see how they turn out before ordering mine because I have Truffle Brown which NOBODY does. This will involve custom wrapping of the headrests in special order leather...can you say$$$. Oh well my kids are worth it!

Hey Blair,
I hope you like your INViSiON DVD Headrest system for the comfort seats. Mark called me and told me you were very happy with the quality and performance of the system. And I hope we got this system installed in time for the birthday...

Take care,
Lawrence

You can call me at the office and I will align you with a dealer that will take care of you completely.

Thanks for your interest!
