Please post pics of location of iPod with IceLink

I'm trying to decide on the location of the iPod for IceLink in my X5 ('06 if that matters)

Keeping the iPod in the back is not ideal for me since I want quick access to the iPod for quickly grabbing it to take it along with me.

Can people please post pics of the different locations you have used?

I guess I also need to decide it I want the cradle or the cable for connectivity so opinions on that are also requested.

Don't have pics, but I chose to get the cable and install in glove compartment. I definitely didn't want to install in the back, so I can take with me whenever I want. I thought about putting it in the console, since its a little closer to me in case I need to get to iPod while driving. Cupholder is outta the question, b/c where can I put my drinks?
