I will need to know your current firmware version on the ice>Link.

Turn the key to the on position and select your CD Changer. Once you are in this mode, plug in the iPod to the Active Cradle or Docking cable. During the warning screen, the firmware version can be spotted by looking at the number in the top right corner of the iPod.

I will need this number before we can continue.

You have the correct version, have you tried toggling the screen? This is the button next to the SELECT button that looks like 2 squares overlapping each other.

Odd, it sounds like you have v2B1 characteristics, but you claim to have v2B2 firmware. Have you tried activating the text to the OBC cluster and seeing if you have the same issues?

Does anything appear on the NAV screen like an "AUX 1" message or some sort? Please contact me by email for a faster response time.

v2.06 is the reason why you're having problems - it seriously needs to be updated to v2B2.

Email me directly with a copy of your post and I'll supply the firmware and instructions on how to update.
