Ice Link Problem

Help,

I just installed my ice link plus. Now my mode button will not switch to CD Changer. I disconnected everything and hooked up the factory changer and the changer works, Shows up when I press the mode button. Disconnected battery and hooked up dension again, still no luck, pressing the mode button does not take it to CD changer mode. This is a 5th gen ipod. Vehicle is a 2001 without the DSP system.

Any help will be appreciated.

We've spoken by phone this afternoon, a replacement module is on its way tomorrow.
