Can someone give me advise on which one to go with ?

In terms of cost wise, i guess the icelink is cheaper right ?

Tom G., can i simply add the XM direct box + antenna to my ice>link adapter with aux input adapter?... or will i have to buy the whole kit for $199 ??

Sure - but you will not have ID3 text or steering wheel control. AUX is only an audio-in feed. You are much better off getting the XM Direct kit.

Am I correct in saying that I can ''piggyback" off of the XM direct with the ice>link and have both functionality? Or is this wrong?

no Tom, i got that part. My question is, if I get the XM direct kit and install it first, can i add the ice>link (w/o the AUX) to that , since the XM direct retains the CD changer controls... This way i can listen to XM and then hop to the iPod if needed...
