JL Audio Free Custom Subwoofer Enclosure

Whoever is a lucky X5 owner living in the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area, I HAVE GREAT NEWS.

I am a proud new owner of a 01 X5 4.4i. I want to add a subwoofer in the stock location. I researched and found that JL Audio makes custom vehicle-specific enclosures for trucks and cars.

I contacted their tech support. They do not make one currently for the X5, but if the demand was there, and they were PROVIDED with a model car, THEY WILL Pay for your rental car and GIVE you the first prototype enclosure that they design for the X5!
