Regarding my set-up, I plan on keeping the factory DSP system with the addition of a Sub-Amp and stealthbox.
Still trying to decided on which Sub-Amp to purchase. Any suggestions?

Yes, the stealthbox fits perfectly into the factory location. For clearance, they removed the foam padding and shaved two of the plastic ridges on the inside of the factory cover. Took about 15 minutes.
No noticable mods with the cover closed.
