In Car TV

I am looking to install TV's in the headrests for my kids to watch, but i need some help with some questions:

1. I want the head rests to stay up from the seat by about 2.5 inches, but how would i hide the tv cables?
2. i want to be able to split the two screens so that one can watch TV and the other can play the play station, how do i do this?
3. how would i connect this sytem up to the Nav Screen in the front of the car?
4. by installing the Playstation, can i use Infared controllers?
5. with a multi disc DVD Player how can i change disc, would i do it via the screen or would it be done o a infrared remote?
6. If it is done on a infrared remote, do i have to put in a remote eye to receive the signal?
7. when fitting the headrests do i have to strip the seat to get the wires in?

Any A/V device can be connected to the VSM for display on the stock NAV screen. The signal output can be split to seperate monitors if desired.
