It is possible but its really expensive to do. How often do you acually change your EQ settings anyway?
Personally I've only adjusted mine once when I first bought my X.

What I'm getting to is IMO its not worth it to keep the DSP.

BTW.... All the Rockford stuff I've installed hasn't impressed me at all(except there high end subs).
Years ago Rockford made CD players and EQ's. You have to wonder why they stopped making them.
hint....poor quality and could never be repaired(always had to be replaced)

Thanks for the info - particularly for letting me know Rockford might have QC issues. The 360's are pretty complex devices and they're configured via a palm device. One of my worries about using them is reliability given their complexity.

One of the really cool things about the 360's, however, is that each channel has its own eq, its own adjustable crossover AND its own adjustable delay. But that's only cool if it actually works and doesn't break.

The problem, of course, with trashing the DSP is that it is related (somehow) to the BT handsfree system in the car, so if I trash the amp, I've got to figure out how to get BT working again.

(sigh!) so many decisions....
