Is there an upgrade so CD/song titles show?

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find it. Is there a upgrade so that CD name/song titles etc. show on the screen? I have a 03 x5 with Nav.

Cadilac has a set-up that does this. There is a 'database CD' that fits in the trunk - I guess it's what tells the car what CD track is playing - they get updated ones every 6 months or so for newer CDs. Then ther regular in-dash CD changer works like any other, but the title, track, artist appear. Bose has this same concept on their home applications.
