CD-charger which reads MP3-CD

Hello,

I own a 330 Cabrio (E46 - 04) with a CD-Charger connected te a MK IV Wide Screen Nav/audio System.

My questions :

I'm looking for a CD-Charger wich is MP3 compatible that can be connected through the existing wiring/connectors. Does it exist?
If the answer is YES, will my audio system displays the ID3's ?
