Talking JL Audio to have Stealth Boxes by end of November
I just contacted JL Audio. They will have stealth boxes preloaded with a 10W1V2 in late November early December. Prices should be somewhere around $500.00.

I betcha no amp...That price is the standard for their SW's as I have the stealth in my Z and that was how much it was w/o.

Hi Cpatzer,
Check out the thread below. JL audio is using my X5 to create the stealthbox.

Don Vertrees at JL thinks the first production run will be ready in October.
and will sell between $500 - $600 including the subwoofer.
I'll contact him tomorrow to confirm.
Additionally, I have a couple of calls into the marketing director regarding a group buy.

That's great. Don was the one I had an ongoing dialog with over email about this. Seems to be a pretty cool guy. Put up with all my questions anyways.

Isn't that a little pricey when you consider the BSW unit will include an amp for about the same money? It's an Alumipro sub, whch is a quality company.

The price between the 2 are competitive if JL can come in at or below $500. JL's Stealth is a 10" whereas BSW is an 8. It would be awesome if they would just offer the Stealth enclosure unloaded in the $200-$300 range since I have a 10w3 ready to drop in!
