09/12/06 Apple Media Event - 3 new iPods released today!
As rumored, 3 new iPods were released today, a larger 80G full size and a facelifted nano as well as a new Shuffle (in Oct '06). Other features to note: Video content is now 640x480, upgraded from 320x240 iPod Nano is now features an aluminum casing, with colors DVD Movies are now available as a download from iTunes Gapless Playback between tracks Games now downloadable from iTunes iTunes 7 was released - free album art for iTunes account holders that are missing album art Apple: http://www.apple.com/ipod/ipod.html MacRumors: http://www.macrumorslive.com/ Keynote transcript: Live Updates 11:18 am Get Ready, Get Set, Go! Our 80G arrived over the weekend:
Testing has been confirmed on both the 2nd Generation nano and 5.5 Generation Video iPods to be 100% compatible with the DICE.
