Best stereo installer near NYC?
I have a 2002 X5 and am ready to take the plunge and do a serious stereo upgrade. There are a bunch of installers in the New York City area, can anyone recommend the best ones within 30 miles of the city? The one most recommended so far, Mobile Innovations, has been terrible about returning my calls and getting me a price quote. I've finally given up on them...

they most likely won't return your call. i know it sucks but you know how temperamental artists can be.
drive up there with your vehicle during business hours and you'll get your quote.
you might also want to try Unique Autosport in Holbrook. they seem to have their shiznit together on their show

I would check in with Street Effectz acorss the river in N.J. - I speak with the owner occasionally, very smart and skilled guy, and I think he owns a BMW to boot. www.streeteffectz.com

You could also check out Best Tire & Car Audio in Great Neck, Long Island. They do a lot of celebrities cars. www.besttire.com
