I have noticed when the song is scrolling on the radio, there is a click every time a new letter appears. How can I stop this please?

Thanks,

Gary,

I need a little more info - is this happening with the engine running, in between songs or with the volume cranked up, etc?

I think I know what you mean try scrolling through the using the nav buttons instead of the steering wheel controls. If this get rid of it my ice link does the same.I just thought that was the way it is.

The clicking happens while the song is playing. Obviuosly you don't hear it at low volumes but I was playing some quiet classical music yesterday as I was driving and I could hear this click, click, click etc and noticed it coincided with the scrolling of the letters on the radio display. Has nothing to do with engine noise.

How long have you been using the kit? Is this just experienced or has been happening for some time? Also, has anything been changed in the electrical system recently?

Tom...kit is about three weeks old. Never noticed it before but I have read other reports of this happening with other people. The simple rememdy is to go to Playlist/Chapter so nothing is scrolling.

Gary,

If you would like, we can make arrangements to have the module inspected and replaced if needed. Let me know.

Thanks Tom...I'll leave it for now. Actually the scrolling is a little irritating anyway.
