Just pulled the trigger on the BSW Upgrade
I just pulled the trigger on a Stage 1 and 2 + DICE for my 4.8is. Talked with Jason at length and he answered all of my questions. He is the product developer and made me feel very good about my purchase (so far). I should have all of the equipment by next weekend, hopefully, and will post the results!

Yes it is
New mids, tweeters, midsubs, subwoofer and amplifier. The DICE link is the IPod integration to the Navi system. So, darn near everything but the head unit.
The part that I like best about their system is that there's no cutting or permanent changes. Makes selling it to another X5er when I sell the car all that much easier!

I wish BSW would sell thier plug and play interfaces for speakers and amps alone I just dont really like the equipment they pair it with so I never buy anything from them...

Yes I have but I am also in car audio and it is very much personal prefrence the brands I like suit my musical taste and are a little bit of a different breed in comparison to your products (example the Oz 3-way setup I just purchased to put in is a high end SQ set that retails for about a grand a set comes with tweet 4" mid and 6.5"mid/bass...other setups in different vehicles use BRAX, Morel, Blaupunkt Velocity and some others) I would love to use factory wiring to get the Arc amps I am planning on paring with these components running it would be stellar! plus that way I can amplifiy a proper three way component system keeping the excellent sonic placement of the dash mounted mid to keep the fron stage more on the dash instead of in the footwell if you have the plug and play hookups for this on the amp and on the speaker end I would be more than happy to purchase them along with the line output converters...
