I would recommend having the unit replaced under warranty with your original reseller - it sounds like the ice>Link has failed.

We haven't sold the ice>Link in over a year, any warranty (1 year) would be expired if the kit was purchased from us since we've moved onto the DICE long ago.

Dension has since pulled out of the US - we no longer offer their products. The best thing would be to contact Dension directly at [email protected].

Something is not right with your kit - it needs to be returned/exchanged with your installer.

Tom
Had an interesting email from vendor stating the following:

'If you have 25 playlists on your iPod then you will not be able to access the menu system - you can only have a maximum of 5 playlists if you wish to access the menu. If you alter your playlist system then you will be able to get into the menu'

Is this correct or am I being fed a line?

Thanks
