Installing headrest monitors & dvd player

Hi there everyone. I was curious to see if anyone had a writeup that had installed headrest monitors and a dvd player on their X. I was going to take it to a shop but figured I would try to attempt it myself.

Also, I want to install an BMW Auxilary connector to connect my iPod and I was curious if I could have this and the monitors & dvd player as well? Guess I am not sure if I have to tap into my navigation unit to connect my monitors and dvd player?

Also, I have ordered an iPod adapter to try out in my set up, once I install it, I will update the write up with more details, some additional pictures and some block diagrams, to make it easier to follow. I anticipate the updated version of the write-up sometime within next couple of weeks - the mail takes too long from the States to the APO...

As of today, I still did not get the iPod adapter in the mail, so I can not update any info. Sorry...

I did get the Pro-Fit mount, so I am one little step closer to the goal...
