Yes, I could have specified the brand and model of the car but as it is the x5world forum I assumed people would obviously know that the question was regarding an X5.
I see no point in PMing somebody who installed the Intravee in an M3 as I have a different car. The installation is car specific.

Eric,
I think the install is very similar, the logistics of where to put everything will obviously be different. Basically the two leads from the CD changer go to the intravee, the intravee connects to the kca420, and that to the ipod. It then all just works. It is a very easy install, and an excellent product.
