it WAS displaying on the nav, i didn't do anything to change it. now it just displays on the obc. i've seen it switch back and forth without any changes by me.

no worries...got it fixed.

i chose CD6 and TR06 then hit CD2 and the playlist and artist text began to scroll again.

it seems a little "buggy". another example, the text scolls but not across the screen, only in the first character position at the top left of the nav screen. the first character is changing spelling out the artist then a star to separate the song name then the letters of the song name, still only in the first character of the display. i turned off the x5 and when i started later it scrolled the text across the top as it should.
