Part # difference?

What's the difference between these 2 part #'s?
i want to get a Sirius Receiver for my '03 X5, but i've seen 2 different part #'s listed for the same item. what's the difference, if there even is any?

The 365 superseded to the 981 and the 981 has now superseded to 65 12 0 398 140. All are the same part.

Be careful with these parts-- I have also seen posts that say that the 981 module only works with non navigation equipped cars, the -365 module only works with navigation-equipped cars, and that the -140 part works with both nav and non-nav cars and supercedes both the -365 and -981 parts. Finally, I believe that the -140 part has the more modern single antenna input, where the -365 and -981 parts have the dual antenna inputs.
