The stock nav is a lot more expensive and a lot more work to install.
And you still won't have video input.

will it still work with the tv-on-nav and steering wheel mounted controls, or am i asking for too much?

I just found that out today. Also you can lose the onboard computer as well. I am still doing the Double din anyway...wtf.
