How do I select in the IceLink Plus Menu????

I can get in by pushing 6, move through it, but I can't select Setup. How do you select? This is hard I have my IceLink Plus installed in the back.

This is really difficult to do when the IceLilnk is in the back, I screwed up my volume level. Would someone be so kind as to post the default volume level in the setup screen.
