One more thing. Were can I tap for a remote wire? Also the battery is in the back under the spare, right? Thank you very much. PS. I know this is a lot to ask I just don’t want to mess anything up. Thank You |

There's a couple threads regarding this. I'll see if I can locate them....
Chart at the bottom has wire colors, It's in +/- format if I remember correctly: http://www.janixworld.com/x5/Stereo/DSP.html Found my post from when I did this, I used the top row of connectors. The 2 blue wires are positive and the 2 brown are the negative. |

Nice Chart. It help alot, but my LOC has 2 negatives and 2 positives. Which wires go where. And do I use all the wires from the factory sub harness??
Thanks for the quick reply. |

I just used the 4 top wires. Spilt the wires into the repective pairs of 1+ and 1- each. Take the pairs and attache the - to the brown wire and + to the blue.

So I will only be using one output from the factory amp? I don't need to tap the input from the other woofer?

Each sub is a dual voice coil sub. You're getting both right and left channel from one sub.

OK. Please be patient one last time. So looking at the top of the harness, I will use the Yellow/Brown and Blue wires as positives? And the brown wires are the negs?
