no more streaming song titles...

I have been using the ipod DICE for 1 year now (which I bought from EAS)and last week the streaming song titles below the odometer does not show anymore. In addition, the control buttons to forward songs also do not function anymore. Can only do it from the ipod. Can anyone advise / help?

Hey KT,
Have you tried doing a system reset yet? That clears these little glitches up about 95% of the time. All you need to do is disconnect the negative battery terminal of your X5 for about 30-40 minutes. This will effectively "reboot" the whole system and start over from scratch.
When you reconnect the battery you should be able to use your DICE module like normal. If that doesn't work, feel free to email me and we can troubleshoot from there. [email protected] or you can get me on LiveChat in the Tech Support section of www.BavarianSoundwerks.com

hi phil, Tom from EAS has told me that I accidently went into AUX mode. needed to set to CD 5 / track 1. then I am back in IPOD mode.

now its perfect!
