no sound from tv

I have a 2005 m3 mark Iv nav + TV I have had a dension gateway 100 fitted ipod adaptor and just updated to v32 nav. The sound for my tv has stopped working, I can still get a good picture and ipod works fine aswel as the radio. Its only the tv which has no sound. Help please!

Hello. The sound problem had nothing to do with the update it was the way the shop had fitted the dension. They had not copied all the pins across in the connector exactly how the original connector was set up. I took it back to the shop and they sorted it for me. Hope this helps. Im just copying what dension told me i dont no what it all means so i cant help anymore than this. thanks
