In South Africa, all BMW's built from 2005 with Sat Nav + Tv, came with the analog + DVB+T digital broadcast receiver.

You guys should have it, if your car has sat/nav + tv, if it does'nt then thats the craziest I've heard so far???

The TV tuner was never released in the US. The ones here were all imported, mostly from Europe. To my knowledge, BMW has not released a version that complies with the US digital broadcast standards (and likely won't)

I dont eaven think that us DVB-T standard is same as EU DVB-T so if you import a hybrid EU tuner it most likely wont work anyways
