USB jack in '05 X5

I've recently had the pleaure of driving a 325 loaner car while my 2005 X5 was getting serviced. My X5 did not have cd player or aux jack. It does have a nifty cassette tape player behind the GPS though which is kinda silly since I have not seen a cassette tape since the mid 80's. I will be installing an AUX jack for my MP3 player, but in driving the 325, I noticed that it has both an AUX and USB jacks in the center console box. The USB came in handy, and unlike using the AUX jack with my MP3 player, the USB flash drive that I have gets it power thru the USB jack (ie. I don't have to worry about my MP3 player having to be charged prior to driving and I usually carry a memory stick everywhere I go). So short story long, is there a USB/AUX jack adapter out there that I can get and installed in my 2005 X5?

No. Retrofit is not possible either.
