Can I add Sirius to a 2002 X5?

I really want to add Sirius to my 2002 X5 with navigation. Can I do this?

If you want integration with the nav screen and steering wheel controls you may also need a new radio module (like the 2003+ came with) that is Sirius ready. Other than that, you would could use the FM modulation approach, which sounds like poop IMO.
