Has anyone put a Phatbox into an '06 X5 yet?

I'm selling my '03 and getting an '06, and want to move my Phatbox into the new vehicle. Both cars have NAV and are non-DSP. Any reason to think it won't work? Phatnoise says "Thank you for your inquiry" but apparently hasn't tested or verified yet, since they won't say yes or no.

same problem here. i have an 05 x5 with tv nav and stadard sound. would like to upgrade, need a sub

Installed it today. Works great. Phatnoise, take note: Phatbox works FINE in a 2006 X5.
