How can I tell if I have a BM53?
I am looking at retrofitting bluetooth to a 2002 M3 and am told the existence of a BM53 radio module will make things much easier. Now what I'd like to know is how the $#%& do I tell if I have a BM53 or other version? Prefer not ripping things apart if possible! Thanks. PS. It's an Australian version if that makes a difference. |

A BM53 has no effect at all on a Bluetooth installation. A BT installation connects to separate wiring in the car.
