TV In Motion - I need Help Pleeeeease

Greetings Dears,

I spent long time on this issue which it shouldnt take time, however the story in short, i bought the cable in this ad from ebay HERE

Then Finally i found the TV Tuner under the spare tire :S

The issue is, i plugged the cable, test the TV and everything working perfectly and TV working in Motion from yesterday and even today morning, however i tried to plug ZUNE device (Like iPod) into the A/V input in the back of the middle console and then the message of not allowed came back again, i tried unplug the device from the A/V input and test the TV and again the TV blocked when the car moving!!! How? Why?

The Unlock cable still plugged to the Tuner and Channels appear when the car stopped but screen block when it move .. !!

Please help why and how to fix?
