Where to hide 5 ch Amplifier or similar?

Anyone know where to hide a 5 channel amp on an E53 X5?

Wondering if there is enough room and ventilation under the back seat etc? or if there is a compact sized 5 channel amp out there that can be hidden in the spare wheel area or similar.

The problem is that I have Navigation and 6 stack CD changer in the rack in the rear quarter panel area which limits available space for an amp!!

No room under the rear seat, that's where the fuel tank is... I would think maybe under the rear load floor you could make a little amp rack board and throw some 12v computer fans by it for ventilation. As long as the amp has more power output than you need so you aren't running all the channels maxed out it doesn't get that hot, and keeping all the channels wired at 4 ohms helps keep it cool too.
