OEM Microphone and Mediabridge

I have a 2006 E53 4.4i without DSP. The car has OEM Bluetooth, and so has a built-in microphone. The Bluetooth module has died, and I'd like an upgrade so I'm researching the Dice Mediabridge.

Here's the question: is there any way that the Mediabridge can be installed to make use of the OEM microphone instead of the new mic that comes with? If there's a way, how would that install be done?

Thanks in advance.

I haven't installed mine yet, but I'm under the impression that the oem mic that's already there will work. It's possible you might lose some functionality with the mediabridge over oem since it connects through the cd changer. Let us know how it goes!
