Latest options for quality sound in E70?

I have 2008 X5 4.8i with so-called Premium Sound. I'm getting a little sick of the poor quality of this sound system (not that other SUVs have better).

Anyone have any recommendations? I'm obviously looking for USA-based options only. I'm not looking to do it myself.
