DSP question

Hello all, new member here. I have been reading and reading, basically trying to acquire as much information as possible about my question and I am just confused. I believe I know the answer already but, I just want to be sure before I spend any money on something that is not going to work the way I would like or expect.

From reading the forums and threads here though, I've come to the conclusion that no aftermarket HU supports DSP. Is my assumption correct? My '05 E53 has the radio / no nav but, DSP. I can't believe there isn't a manufacturer that has remedied this yet. I am sorry for the noob question but, I just wanted to be crystal clear.
