DSP question

Hello all, new member here. I have been reading and reading, basically trying to acquire as much information as possible about my question and I am just confused. I believe I know the answer already but, I just want to be sure before I spend any money on something that is not going to work the way I would like or expect.

I was looking at this HU Amazon.com: Sino 7" Wide Screen Samsung CPU BMW E39 E53 5 Series M5 X5 X5 M DVD GPS Navigation Canbus Steering Control Bluetooth Stream USB Sd Card Comes with OEM Look Rear View Camera !!! Easy Installation. Supports Premium Audio System Including Ha. Supposedly it's nice an easy (Plug and Play) to install. From reading the forums and threads here though, I've come to the conclusion that no aftermarket HU supports DSP. Is my assumption correct? My '05 E53 has the radio / no nav but, DSP. I can't believe there isn't a manufacturer that has remedied this yet. I am sorry for the noob question but, I just wanted to be crystal clear.
