Newbie MP3 Audio Question

Just picked up an E53 X5 with the 16:9 Nav. Looking to fit some kind of USB setup to the CD changer. I've seen a few options around, the intravee looks great but is just iPod (which I could live with if needs be as I have an old 60Gb Ipod floating about).

Do any of the others offer the same level of ease of use? Documentation seems vague at best.. I'm looking for something that will show the folder list (I usually do \artist\album\tracks) and click to select.

Most seem to just mess around with pretending to be CD changers and are frankly a PITA as you have to remember what's actually in the folders and in which order (I used to have a Phatbox many moons ago which was a similar setup).

The Zemex unit looks pretty good (and cheap), but I don't speak a word of German really, and the only manual isn't in English. Anyone used one?
