Retrofit Bluetooth 2004 X5

Hi all, hope I can get some info on my question. I have a European spec 2004 X5 with a factory fit 6CD changer(does not work anymoe), Navigation system (again not working properly anymore) and front display with a cassette tape behind the display. I am looking to retro fit bluetooth in the system so I can pipe my music and navigation from my phone into the stereo system (hopefully easily) or if not this then adding an AUX port to the system. Does anyone know of a device that will allow me to do this and where I can buy it? Most threads on here are for integrating an iPhone to the system, I am looking to integrate my Galaxy S3. Thanks
