Best Area to tap in to switched power Icelink
Finally, thanks to Tom am getting the dsp converter that might be needed for sound on my icelink. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas of where to tap in power for the dsp converter in a 12/03 production x3. I would prefer it being switched.
I would appreciate any adivce before I tap wires. |

like that idea a lot, will try and make one like that but before that just want to be sure if I do need dsp converter in my car by trying to tap it or connect it with a fuse, if that is the cause of sound not working than will build a cable like yours.
Wish someone was selling the modified cable

![]() Verify your connections with a voltmeter beforehand just to be safe. These wires will be in the boot/trunk area coming from the factory ampflier

Hi Tom: Do you have a finished picture of the splicing of the wire or just slightly more detail? Thanks |
