Audio problem! Really need help!

I stupidly jump started my 01 bmw x5 4.4i and it surged and when I went to just turn the key all the speakers just started making a very loud buzzy noise and then after a minute or so they will go quite and just buzz intermittently, the only speakers that projected music were the dash tweeters, did I blow my amp? Or did I blow the speakers? I changed the fuses problem was still there. I have absolutely no other problem in my car besides the speaker problem! Please help!
Noises happen whether car is fully on or off with the key turned and there is no water damage at all not a drop off water in trunk area so it can't be water! Maybe I knocked a ground wire loose or something? My amplifier is a Lear hifi amp dsp!
