I ordered (and paid for) the soft "Pimp My Nav" on March 20, and I have no news from them (email, spam).
Do you know if he is still alive?

I have no news of them.
Neither software, nor key.
I look every day my Emails and at Spams.
I think that I has to block the payment Paypal, because it has now been over 10 days.
What do you think ?

me personally I would give them 14 bussiness just because Maybe out of town etc but that's not very good customer service not to here anything back. you should be covered with PayPal.

Ok, but I do not think this prevents them from answering my emails.
I think rather that he closed the shop and forget to remove the web shop.
They do not even respond to messages sent by Paypal !

i would do what you think is best to bad it's not freeware by now since there probally not many people that use it anymore.
