Why adding just 1 MB of POI, the ISO image increases more than 100 MB, avoiding burning the ISO on DVD (too large for 4.7 GB disc)?

The category of POI I'm interested is the VELOX and T-RED.
I have not pimp my nav, sono I used the common method to import the csv file into the DB with POISON.exe, resulting a file too large.
