1. Unzip the files and put them into their own directory where you know where to find them

2. Launch Alcohol 120 and click on "Image Burning Wizard" (near top left corner - see image below)

3. Click on Browse and navigate to the directory where you stored the files you downloaded. Select the file and click "Open"

4. Click Next

5. Click Start

Your disk will burn and the program will tell you when it is successfully complete.

Jeff

Not so fast... just dl v26, burn it to CD and install. Regarding the stuck CD, remove the power cable to the drive and then re-attach and press eject once... it should pop out. If you can not easily access the power cable, remove the fuse instead.

Hi Scottie,try this:

unpack v26-09a.zip >>> you get 3 files: .txt, .mdf, .mds

start Alcohol 120 >>> start record wizard

browse v26.09a.mds >>> mark it and open:

a new window should appear : Image file information

there you will find the file you are looking for: mds and mdf

go on to the next step and choose lowest speed and burn!

All loaded up fine although have read some of the other threads saying people having problems I had better do a V26 disk and keep it in the car
