You have to save the ISO image, when you do that it works out the position the file will be on the disk.

is it any possible way to have back my split screen for the radio after I changed the splash image?

I already tried downgrading then upgrading back to a clean v32 with original splash image and still no more split screen for the radio.

I saw that the sizing is supposed to be this:

width 400 x height 234 x depth 8bit single frame GIF


What does 8bit mean? Is that 8 pixels per inch?

8 bits means 256 colors. Your pics are 8bit.

I got my pics from Backdrops - Wallpaper iPhone App from InterfaceLIFT

They have amazing pictures to choose. Then I resized them in paint.net (a free program available at www.paint.net )

you can actually change that and make one of those come up on your navigation screen? how do you do that. i got my x5 about a month ago so all this is new to me. thanks for the help guys.

You need NavTweak.exe to change splashscreen, skylines and navi colours.
