Hi

I'm from Australia and i've got an 02 X5 with 16:9 wide screen, does this mean i've got an MKIV?
I'd love the idea of having a custom logo on the screen to say M-Power or something like that? Please help and guide me to download the right file and how to upload it to my screen.
Thank you

The latest software disk has the most recent for each Nav type, 3-1/63 for a MK III, this is on all discs from V22 on.

Be 100% sure the CD you create is an ISO Mode 2 disc, you'll have big problems if it's not.

Awesome,

ISO Mode 2 disc, you meant the quality of the disk has to be ISO mode 2 certified right?

Thanks

No, the format of the CD must be ISO Mode 2, if you do not know what this means then DO NOT ATTEMPT THE UPDATE!!

I've burnt the CD as said but my laptop won't burn anything less than x10 so i think i've stuffed up my gps now .

It detected the CD as defected and spat it out. What do i do now? If i put the original Map from BMW in, will it work or i really need to find the correct software? How do i reboot the damn thing so it can use the existing software again?

Thank you
