Nav OS V27 has been released

I updated mine this morning all works well I did not need to change birds eye view as mine was like this from previous version but to be safe I enabled it just in case and swathed back and forth from point north and birds eye. The only problem I have in the Nav setting car thinks it is a 7er and there are no details of my car i.e. reg number or chassis number. Do I need to get it re coded?

...was that also before you updated...with the "7´er" ?

Are you able to activate birdview in pointing north and traveling direction mode, or does switching on perspective mode always take you back to traveling direction?

As for the other problem with X5 no longer being listed correctly (now showing 7 series and no data) I'm pretty sure that problem existed before. V27 is a regular update and it shouldn't switch the country coding. If I recall well, this "recoding needed" issue only started with V26.09A. Have you been using that version (09A)?

I have been trying and I can only get perspective in Directional Travel mode and not Pointing North??

I want to install te V27 update, but how do i modify the update cd , before installing the update file?

text = english fem.
speech = dutch fem.

i have the program ultra iso the modify the cd.

What language options do you have at the moment? GB, F and D? If so, you could just replace the GB voice file with the NL one (this can be done just by renaming files under \V_2\VOICES\0506, see posting #94, too - http://www.xoutpost.com/111641-post94.html)

One difference I have noticed with v27 is that it doesn't mute the audio system when it gives instructions as it did with v26. It roughly halves the audio volume and gives the instruction over the top which seems to work well.

Thanks to everyone at X5World who has made v27 available.
